Hello, my name is Duke N and I am a highly experienced home carer. With a wide range of care types that I offer, including live-in, hourly, and overnight care, I am dedicated to providing the best possible support to those in need. I have worked with individuals who have varying needs, such as mild cognitive impairment, being bedbound, Parkinson's disease, anxiety, and depression.
One of the unique qualities I possess is my ability to drive, along with having my own car. This enables me to provide transportation services to appointments, outings, and other activities for my clients. Additionally, I have developed a set of skills that aids me in fulfilling my role as a carer, including assisting with bathing, toileting, dressing, catheter care, and providing companionship.
Outside of my caring profession, I have many hobbies that keep me occupied and fulfilled. I enjoy painting, walking, cooking, baking, solving puzzles, and decorating. These interests not only add value to my life but also enable me to engage with my clients on a more personal level.
In terms of my preferences, I am open to caring for individuals who have pets. I am comfortable with cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds, and understand the importance of ensuring their well-being along with that of their owners.
As a caring, friendly, and helpful individual, my motivation for being a carer stems from my desire to assist others in leading independent lives. I believe that everyone deserves to have the opportunity to live life to the fullest, and I am committed to making that possible for each and every one of my clients.
